ESA Great Graphs | US Existing-Home Sales finished 2015 with a bang, making it the strongest year of EHS since 2006. All regions of the US were up significantly, and median prices rose for the 46th consecutive month.
Great Graphs | October Existing Home Sales delivered the 13th consecutive year-over-year gain in volume, and prices were up. The EHS SAAR of 5.36M did cool off a bit from September’s 5.55M.
